Returns & Exchanges

At Nanoleaf Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart lighting experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
